The centre has free Wi-Fi for you to use with your mobile or laptop.

Staff at the Online Access Centre are able to provide digital help sessions for individuals or small groups. Examples of topics are:
- Computer maintenance, such as updates and virus protection
- Accessing Online Government Services
- Use of social media
- Microsoft Office and Windows
- TasTAFE delivered programs such as Computer Foundations
