Trolls do exist online and sadly sometimes they feel compelled to anonymously attack others through their keyboards and devices. What will be your course of action if this happens to you or your business?

Firstly, trolling is different from getting a bad review, which is covered in the next module - don't feed the trolls with any engagement. Block them, delete their posts and if you feel you need to make any acknowledgment just simply make a post saying that you don't respond to or engage with trolls and thank the people that do support your brand and business.

When it comes to trolling, it is best to take the high road.
