  • Brand is defined as a combination of all these elements: identity, awareness, logo, trust, loyalty, strategy, voice, and perception.
  • Brand is essentially how your product or service makes people feel, that emotion is what lodges in their system, and makes them choose you over your competitors.

  • Critically important, brand takes a long time to build, and is destroyed very easily when trust is broken.
  • Getting all these elements together is necessary for your brand values to be reflected across all of your digital channels.
