  • Focus on visuals and simple short text.

  • Short attention spans = lots of videos - but think about the loading time.
  • How do you capture information and data for your mailing list and what will you do for them?
  • Privacy policy - don't forget the fine print.
  • Make a basic map of the user journey and what categories you think you need – brainstorm content with your team, compare and contrast, and let's not forget accessibility (that is coming up next).
