Tasmanian businesses, lets celebrate the end of another big year of change with a digital health check.
Doctor Digital Says
It's hard to believe we are rolling into the end of 2021. Businesses across the state have been asked to be agile and nimble, to learn on the fly and be ready for just about anything. With all that doing and pivoting, its time to step back and assess where you are at with your suite of digital products, and get ready for 2022. The Federal Government has released a new digital assessment tool to help business measure and upgrade their digital capability, benchmark their performance, and access Federal government support programs which you can use to get an overview of where your business is at across all of your different functions.
The assessment tool includes advice and guidance for any small-to-medium sized business seeking to learn how they can use technology to increase their revenues, and to enhance their digital presence and processes, as well as linking businesses with other departments for assistance. Business.gov.au recommends that the assessment is great for an annual audit - snap!
Once you get started, you can answer a series of questions about your businesses use of digital tools and platforms, your confidence and capability. When you're finished, you get a recommendation on areas you are performing well in, where you can grow your skills, as well as showing you how others in your sector perform against the same metrics. It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and you can download your report as a PDF at the end. You can access the tool through this link.
If you haven’t used up all of your coaching hours for 2021 – you get four hours FREE per ABN for your business - perhaps now is the time to do your check-up and book in with one of our awesome coaches for some strategic planning for 2022. Make sure you give yourself a rest and celebrate the wins of the year too.
